§2 Data Protection Officer

Under Art. 37 GDPR, the Administrator has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

  • Internal cookies – placed and read from the User’s Device by the Service system

  • External cookies – placed and read by external partner services integrated with the Service

  • Session cookies – temporary, deleted after the browser session ends

  • Persistent cookies – remain on the User’s Device until manually deleted

  • Personal data is not transferred outside the EU, unless published voluntarily by the User.

  • Data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

  • Anonymous data may be transferred for statistical purposes.

§12 Data Retention Period
